Jack Crosby, Chairman: Mr. Crosby is the Founder and Chairman of The Rust Group, a private investment partnership involved in real
estate, cable television, satellite communications, media, entertainment, banking and oil field services.
He serves on the board of National Dentex Corporation and several other companies. He is also a Managing
Partner of Terra Firma Capital Group, LLC, a private Austin, TX based investment firm focused on investing
in alternative energy companies and real estate assets. Mr. Crosby is also the Chairman of Magic
Lantern Entertainment, LLC, a California based entertainment firm focused on the production and
distribution of animation and other types of film content.
Mr. Crosby began his career in the cable industry at its infancy by organizing
one of the first private entities to receive a license from the FCC to transmit television signals
via microwave. He has constructed, owned and operated cable television systems in the United States,
Latin America and Europe. He founded Tescorp, Inc., a publicly traded company as well as GenCoe,
Inc./United Cable TV, Telesystems International, Inc., Communications Properties, Inc./Times Mirror,
Inc. and Prime Cable, Inc. Mr. Crosby is a former Director and Chairman of the National Cable Television
Association and was inducted into the National Cable Television Hall of Fame. He founded two
venture capital partnerships which hold nvestments in communications, media, entertainment, manufacturing
and technology, co-founded Galveston-Houston, Inc. and partnered with Warburg Pincus and HBO
in funding the Orion Pictures purchase of Filmways. He served as a director of Orion from 1982-85.
He has been a long time owner and operator of radio stations across the U.S. and was Chairman
of Theater Acquisitions, L. P., a limited partnership which owned 135 theatre screens located in Florida,
Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands. He was also Chairman of The Sundance Institute, founded
by Robert Redford and a Director and interim acting CEO of Imagine Films Entertainment, Inc.
Mr. Crosby received his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tony Saxton, Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Saxton joined FTL in January 2007. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Terra Firma Capital Group, LLC,
an Austin, TX based private equity firm focused on communications, energy, alternative energy and real estate assets
where he has been instrumental in the management and growth of various small to medium sized portfolio companies.
Previously, Mr. Saxton served as Portfolio Manager for BirchRun Holdings, LLC, a multistrategy hedge fund. There, he
was responsible for research and investment allocation including the identification, purchase, management and resale of
real estate investment properties. Prior to Terra Firma and BirchRun, Mr. Saxton worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager
with Birinyi Associates, Inc., a money management and research firm based in Westport, CT where he played a key role in
managing $1.4 billion in assets using money flow and technical analysis as a lead investment indicator. Mr. Saxton is an
active member of the Explorers Club, an international, multidisciplinary, professional organizations dedicated to the
advancement of field research and scientific exploration where he sits on the Finance, Conservation and Reciprocal Club
Committees and is head of development. He is also a member of the National Arts Club, an organization founded in 1898
for the purpose of furthering art and artists in America by fostering educational programs, a member of the Board of
Advisors for the Berkshire School, a private secondary school in Sheffield, Massachusetts and a Senior Advisor to Arch One
Holdings, a Washington, D.C. based advisory firm focused on achieving near-term financing goals and revenue growth targets
for established, high technology firms.
Mr. Saxton holds an A.B. in International Relations and Spanish from Boston University.

Scott Perkins, Chief Operating Officer: Mr. Perkins is the President & CEO of Connectify Networks, a San Francisco-based firm specializing in customer acquisiton and CRM services. With over fifteen years of technology-related operations experience, Mr. Perkins oversees design, development and management of all of Connectify's services. Prior to Connectify, he developed warehouse, product procurement and fulfillment systems at pdqVET, Inc. to better serve e-commerce needs within several thousand veterinarian hospitals. As Director of Operations, Mr. Perkins was responsible for all internal and external systems. Previously, he served as Operations Manager for NBC Internet, formerly XOOM.com. As an early member of the XOOM team, he was directly responsible for large portions of Xoom and NBCi operations, providing internal service solutions supporting over 400 employees. He was also responsible for negotiating, implementing and managing several critical outsourced relationships. Mr. Perkins also is an active member of the Board of Trustees for the Blue Bear School of Music, whose nonprofit mission is to provide superior quality and affordable popular music education to aspiring musicians of all ages and skill levels within a supportive and encouraging community. He is also a Board Member of The Library Project, which donates books and libraries to underfinanced schools and orphanages in the developing world.
Scott holds degrees in Entrepreneurial Studies and Information Systems Management from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Jeremy Saxton, Chief Financial Officer: Mr. Saxton is a Senior Consultant to Terra Firma Capital Group, LLC where he specializes in the analysis of investment opportunities in a broad range of industries including: alternative energy, technology, media and real estate. Additionally, Mr. Saxton advises a team of technology and business professionals on business plans for NSF and various state-funded grant programs.
Previously, Mr. Saxton worked with the International Finance Corporation (the private investment arm of the World Bank Group) where he specialized in the assessment of structured finance investment opportunities in developing markets, having been responsible for evaluating business plans, creating valuation models / structured scenarios (debt & equity) and negotiating agreements for projects in South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. Mr. Saxton also worked with AT Kearney where he assisted with redesigning the $6 billion product portfolio of an IT services company as well as optimized the distribution network for a post-merger medical products company. Mr. Saxton has a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering and the Wharton School of Business. He has also studied at MIT's Sloan School of Business.
